This website collects personal data to power our site analytics, including information about your browser, network, and device; web pages you visited prior to coming to this website and your IP address. We share this information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your: Billing and shipping address, details relating to your purchase, email address, name and phone number.

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All online sales are final. Please review your order very carefully, and email with any questions prior to ordering.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

At this time, we simply lack the capacity to accommodate exchanges or returns due to our small size and the cost of return shipping.

Many of our artisan-made and vintage items also have unique quirks and characteristics that should not be considered flaws. For example, our pottery may have chips, “flea bites”, staining, crazing, color variations, glaze drips or texture variations. Metal work may be tarnished or have rubbed spots, pits or scratches, and vintage rugs may have wear from usage. We hand-select items that meet our standards for quality and aesthetics, and do our best to photograph and describe them so that you, the buyer, are aware of these characteristics prior to purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us to discuss before you buy it. If you receive an item that has an issue that you did not anticipate, please reach out to us immediately after receiving the item to.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival. Please include your purchase order # and contact information.

PICK UP, DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Whenever possible, local pickup is preferred. We are located in central San Diego, California. Local delivery in Southern California may also be available.

All shipped items will be subject to actual shipping costs, based on the size and weight of the item. Shipping prices at checkout are estimates, and if the price is more than estimated, the order will be held until the actual cost of shipping is paid. If the shipping cost is less than expected, a refund will be issued.

All orders will be shipped to the address entered during check out. Please double-check the accuracy of this address. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been given to the carrier and the buyer is responsible for any delays or missed deliveries due to erroneously entered information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not available at this time.
